xpd global is seeking a highly driven and strategically minded commercial manager to lead and grow our commercial operations. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in sales team management, strategic planning, and commercial hunting profile within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.
lead, develop, and oversee the sales team, ensuring a high-performance culture.
monitor sales and profitability kpis, proposing and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
proven experience leading commercial or sales teams.
minimum of 5 years managing sales teams in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or transportation sectors.
hands-on experience using crm systems.
strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
