role
(full-cycle, inbound-led) own discovery calls, scope needs, close deals, keep the pipeline clean, and hand over smoothly to onboarding. You'll work mainly americas, plus some uk/uae coverage on early starts.

* remote in latin america
* early starts as needed (9-hour day)
you (must-haves)
* c1 english (confident on google meet; near-neutral accent)
* nutrition or personal training background (cert or degree)
* 2+ years full-cycle closing to us/uk markets
* serious crm hygiene
what you'll do
* work inbound leads; book, run and close calls
* rescue no-shows; keep deals moving to a decision
* send proposals within 24 hours; clean handover to onboarding
* keep the crm spotless; revive dormant opportunities; ask for referrals
compensation (usd)
* base: $1,500/month
* per-deal commission paid on client commitment
* placement bonus
* ramp guarantee in the first two months
* ote at target: $5k–$7k+/month
