key responsibilities
1. develop and execute strategic account plans to drive aws adoption and revenue growth.
2. build and maintain strong relationships with c-level executives and technical decision-makers within software builder organizations.
3. understand customer challenges and articulate how aws solutions can meet their needs.
4. collaborate with aws solution architects and product teams to design tailored cloud solutions.
5. meet and exceed sales targets quarterly and annually.
6. stay updated on aws services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
7. develop partnerships within your territory.

participate in team meetings, prepare for client meetings with saas startups, present tailored aws solutions, follow up on action items, work on proposals for new clients, and support existing customers with their product launches. Engage with internal teams and update crm systems regularly.

qualifications
* 5+ years of full sales cycle experience in technology sales, business development, or related fields.
* bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* experience with crm tools like salesforce.
* background in engineering, computer science, or mis preferred.
* proven success in driving new business at the c-suite level or equivalent.
