*key responsibilities*:
- support the r&d team in managing local devices, apps, and online product testing.
- assist with competitor research, translation tasks, and gathering local public opinion.
- respond to user reviews, customer service queries, and other related tasks.
- identify and describe issues clearly, offering logical suggestions for project improvement.
- maintain effective communication with development and product teams to drive solutions.
*requirements*:
- strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- no prior experience required, but experience as an assistant, in product operations, or student leadership is a plus.
- proficiency in english (reading and writing) with the ability to create content without barriers.
- strong analytical and logical thinking, capable of solving problems systematically.
- excellent resource planning, time management, and organizational skills.
