*data analysis jr (smartsheet support specialist)*
*responsibilities*
- this role will be responsible for creating and maintaining smartsheet templates, workflows, and dashboards to help our organization streamline processes, improve efficiency, monetize products, and increase productivity.
- continuously monitor and optimize smartsheet solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- provide technical support to end-users for smartsheet-related issues.
- this is a smartsheet developer role that involves conducting the analysis, design, programming, evaluation, testing and implementation of a complete smartsheet solution for project tracking and resource management
- the smartsheet developer works closely with key business stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical reporting solutions and business recommendations for current and future business needs.
- configure/develop solutions in smartsheets
- partner with process owners to identify and define requirements and deliver solutions that exceed user expectations.
- support the project management team with creation of smartsheet solutions.
*requirements*:
- smartsheet certification very helpful.
- minimum 2+ years smartsheet experience development
- proficient with powerpoint, excel and smartsheet
- experience with pivots & functional design documentation
- *strong communication skills, both written and verbal in english*
