the hpt & talent development coord.
: is responsible for implementing and monitoring strategies related to high-performance teams (hpt), talent & organizational development, and special human resources projects.
this role supports the development of a strong organizational culture, drives continuous improvement, and fosters empowerment and engagement.
*hpt (high-performance team)*
- implement and follow up on hpt strategies, including team health assessments, pdca cycles, and cultural evaluations.
- align hpt chartering processes with division and group priorities to support business objectives.
- coordinate and facilitate training sessions, coaching, and hpt recognition programs
- develop and maintain training structures, including certifications for site coaches to cascade hpt knowledge.
- coordinate and track the quarterly and annual competitions for teams with improvement projects (barns).
- lead and follow up on the hpt strategy together with the plant steering committee
- monitor and audit the functionality of npt & spt and follow up on tib results.
- evaluate the maturity of the hpt culture and structure in the division alongside the steering committee
*talent & organizational development projects*:
- lead and implement initiatives such as career development, scholarship programs and career day.
- coordinate well-being culture, ensure compliance program and monitoring effectiveness.
- implement special hr projects aimed at enhancing retention and engagement culture.
- audits (iso 9001): control and document qsi processes, manage documents, safeguard compliance evidence and follow up on audit findings.
*qualifications*
- bachelor's degree: administration, psychology or engineering
- fluent english (b2)
- + 3 years in similar positions
- strong skills in planning, problem-solving, effective communication, and relationship building
- ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
- demonstrated alignment with company values and a strong sense of ownership
