this role is required to lead mostly commercial change initiatives (revenue management agenda, pep+ agenda, brand stewardship and others) and drive cross functional teams towards challenging execution goals.your impactas commercialization sr supervisor your responsibilities would consist of:effectively engage, communicate and influence cross functional teams to deliver on complex innovation and commercial change initiatives ensuring alignment and flawless execution.ensure all projects are driven through relevant stages gate process both internal and externally and follow post-launch.develop strong relationships to align timelines and manage deliverables on time and in full - this requires the ability to hold stakeholders accountable.responsible for driving pepsico stage gate process and ensuring inputs and timelines.responsible for communicating milestones, risks and mitigation plans to key stakeholders including senior leadership.own myinnovation data integrity and ensure quality inputs and compliance in line with global requirements and business kpis.qualificationswho are we looking for?
