you'll be a technical expert on the mobile engineering – android team, setting best practices, delivering high-impact features, and mentoring fellow developers.
you'll collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver fast, secure, and delightful mobile experiences.drive clara's android technical roadmap in collaboration with engineering leadership.architect modular, reusable components using kotlin, jetpack compose, and modern android libraries.lead development initiatives of new product features while improving app reliability, performance, and maintainability.promote and uphold high engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship.contribute to hiring and onboarding as we scale the android team.advocate for a product-driven, quality-focused mobile engineering culture.who you arewe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
