purpose
we are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented corporate materials designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and producing a wide range of visual materials that reinforce our brand and effectively communicate our identity, both internally and externally.
key responsibilities:
* creation and design of corporate materials:
develop concepts and designs for presentations, brochures, annual reports, posters, infographics, newsletters, and other communication materials.
* brand identity management:
ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand style guides across all created materials.
* interdepartmental collaboration:
work closely with the marketing, sales, human resources, and leadership teams to understand their needs and translate their ideas into effective designs.
* format adaptation:
modify and optimize designs for different platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
* project management:
manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conceptualization to final delivery, meeting established deadlines.
* trend research:
stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design and technology to propose innovative solutions.
* asset management:
organize and maintain a library of brand visual assets (logos, fonts, images, etc.).
education and experience:
· education: bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
· experience: minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
knowledge, skills and abilities

technical skills: advanced proficiency in the adobe creative cloud suite (illustrator, photoshop, indesign). Knowledge of other tools like figma or sketch is a plus.
·
portfolio: a strong portfolio that demonstrates skills in branding, typography, layout, and information design is required.

communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and receive feedback.

attention to detail: a meticulous and detail-oriented person, capable of ensuring accuracy and quality in all designs.

· adobe indesign: this is the most important program for this role. It's used for creating and laying out multi-page documents like brochures, annual reports, presentations, and newsletters.
· adobe illustrator: essential for creating vector-based graphics such as logos, icons, and illustrations. These are scalable and don't lose quality.
· adobe photoshop: used for editing and manipulating raster images, like photographs. You'll use it to enhance or adjust images for both print and web.
· proficient computer skills, including intermediate level (or greater) experience with microsoft office suite. Particularly y excel
