- identifies technical solutions that meet emerging needs and improve efficiency of processes.
- consults with process owners, supervisors and managers key process improvement opportunities and supports the transformation of high quality, process execution throughout the hrssc organization.
- evaluate work related issues and suggest technology remediation to resolve issues.
- act as a change agent to improve existing processes. Can engage in driving local programs on various efforts aligned to culture and engagement.
- provides reports to hrssc leadership on project status and key deliverables.
- offers guidance, tips, and shares best practices in the use of the systems and platforms used in the hrssc.
*what are we looking for?*
- implementation of advanced macros in excel.
- ability to design, build and deploy ms power platform systems (power automate, power apps)
- experienced in.net and visual studio.
- hands-on development experience on sharepoint
- high analytical and problem-solving skills.
- able to handle large amounts of data in excel or other database programs.
- proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- strong process orientation; demonstrated experience in planning and execution.
- high english proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations in english.
- oral and written communication skills.
- ability to understand and successfully develop partnerships with customers and peers.
- detail oriented.
- high customer service orientation
