We are seeking a client account manager & inside sales associate to onboard new clients, support ongoing technical needs, and guide clients as we set up our technical service after the point of sale to ensure customer satisfaction.

as a client account manager & inside sales associate, you should be tech-savvy, able to explain technical details to a non-technical audience, results-driven, and capable of providing technical, product, and business knowledge to support onboarding and strengthen customer relationships through oversight of our support team.
responsibilities
* conduct monthly client meetings to review kpi and confirm system functionality
* address product-related queries promptly
* train customers to effectively use our products
* communicate customer feedback to developers to identify potential new features or products
* report on product performance and propose solutions to reduce support costs
* analyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features
* collaborate with the leadership team to win new business and increase sales
* establish best practices through sops and quality assurance implementations
* track clients’ monthly kpi scores to ensure continuous improvement
* conduct quarterly business reviews
* serve as primary liaison between the company and client
* upsell additional services
* provide system training as needed
qualifications
* proven work experience as a technical account manager or similar role
* solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies, specifically high-level and wordpress
* familiarity with software and front-end development
* ability to understand customer needs and offer timely solutions
* excellent verbal (english) and written communication skills
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* tech, sales, and marketing savvy a plus
* background in new home, remodeling or real estate sales a plus
additional details
* location: full-time position (40 hours/week) with a long-term us-based company
* this is a virtual position
* off-shore applicants are encouraged to apply. Must have good and stable internet speed and possess their own technical equipment
* working hours: 8 am - 5 pm cdt, mon - fri
* compensation: competitive hourly wage, paid time off, floating holidays, profit sharing, flexible schedule, performance-based bonuses, and team-building activities
