To complement our team in americas, we are looking for a senior sap ewm consultant.
Role & responsibilities
conduct workshops for subject matter experts & managers to explain functionalities, available in sap ewm solution
analyze business requirements in warehousing area & design sap processes in ewm
prepare blueprint of future state warehouse processes; map client’s existing warehouse organization per sap ewm warehouse structure
plan and implement ewm projects
good cross-module knowledge to design end-to-end logistics processes
strong sap ewm configuration and design skills (inbound, outbound and internal processes)
prepare functional specifications for custom processes, identified in gap analysis
conduct tests for configured business scenarios & developed custom processes
prepare new sap systems for go-live; support new warehouse processes & resolve issues as part of stabilization period
experienced in various industries and showing good understanding of the respective warehouse processes
set up basic & standard business processes in sap ewm modules as part of proof of concept for prospective clients during pre-sales activities
to join our team you need
+5 years of working experience with sap ewm
experienced in sap ewm involving set-up of inbound, outbound & internal warehouse processes, sap ewm functional design & configuration
3 full life-cycle implementations of an sap ewm
professional certification in sap ewm would be a plus
abap knowledge and debugging skills would be a plus
bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
general requirements
