about the role
as a senior project manager you will be the driving force behind high‑stakes project launches, transforming vision into reality by building autonomous teams and high‑impact delivery workflows. what you will do
* manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
* deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
* develop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
* facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
* lead and motivate the development team.
* identify critical delivery issues and address them before customer exposure.

* serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

* develop and manage project estimates and budgets.
* monitor financials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability.

must haves
* bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
* minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, focusing on fixed‑price and short‑term projects.
* experience managing projects from conception to delivery.
* proficiency in project management software and tools.
* strong financial acumen with budget and reporting experience.
* high level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
* excellent client, stakeholder, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* proficiency in english (upper‑intermediate level).
