 * strong expertise in sap hr configuration with a focus on payroll management, organizational management, personnel administration, employee self-service, manager self-service, and hr fiori custom applications.
 * proficiency in compensation management, benefits administration, time management, and payroll operations.
 * familiarity with successfactors support, payroll interfaces, and fi integration.
 * ability to design and implement training materials and user guides for system users.
 * hands-on experience with tools like abap query and lsmw.
 * expertise in creating functional specifications for abap developments, including reports, user exits, layouts, and other functional enhancements/interfaces.
