Position summary:
the position of project coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all media projects.

work setting: on-site (from our offices in cuernavaca)
schedule: 9:00 - 18:00, mon - fri
responsibilities:
- manage each project according to the clients’ needs. - organize material and deadlines with external vendors & freelancers. - deliver according to the deadline set for each file/project. - compile and send clear instructions to vendors according to each clients’ requests. - access, download, organize and check material. - resolve any technical issues or doubts that might arise during the project. - receive and verify files according to the standards. - update internal trackers, including feedback for each freelancer based on their performance per project. - register all the necessary information depending on the workflow in different shared tools within departments. - complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
required skills:

required experience and qualifications:
- knowledge of the translation industry (audiovisual field would be a plus). - minimum bachelor’s degree or its equivalent related to languages, translations, audiovisual field or similar. - at least 1 year of experience on a related position.
desired skills:
- computer savvy. (knowledge of any subtitling software is a plus) - knowledge of the following languages would be an asset: german, french, italian, portuguese or spanish.
