responsibilities
* deliver our mondelēz international perfect store agenda by identifying relevant growth potentials via customer & shopper analysis and implementing/developing actionable measures.
* design a picture of success for key customers regarding shelf placement, secondary placement, and promotion efficiency.
* lead category management projects with key customers.
* equip sales teams with relevant materials and tools, and train/steer them to efficiently execute perfect store related topics.
* support the development of annual trade negotiations.
* develop plans and ideas to drive and improve future business in light of perfect store related topics.
* maintain close collaboration with multiple internal functions and external stakeholders.
qualifications
* previous experience working with the category management function.
* previous experience as a people manager.
* knowledge of store excellence and routes-to-market.
* future-focused mindset with curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions, and innovation for consumers.
* ability to translate opportunities into business strategies.
* experience delivering a strategic plan, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets.
* strong stakeholder influence and effective interpersonal communication, with courage and resilience to present alternative viewpoints.
* team player and collaboration skills.
* sales experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods industry (distinct advantage).
* project management skills (distinct advantage).
