theideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project management,ensuring efficient equipment procurement, material flowcalculation, and plan for every part (pfep) development tracking.this role requires strong leadership, coordination, andproblem-solving skills to ensure the successful and timelycompletion of the project.
responsibilities - project management:develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuringalignment with all stakeholders and timely execution.
- tiptracking: implement and monitor a structured tracking system fortechnical improvement plans (tips), ensuring progress transparencyand timely issue resolution.
- progress tracking: establish keyperformance indicators (kpis), utilize project management tools,and provide regular updates on milestones and deliverables.
- dailymeetings: lead stand-up meetings to track progress, addressconcerns, and ensure team collaboration.
- management reporting:prepare and present bi-weekly reports to senior leadership,highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
-equipment procurement: oversee the procurement process, ensuringtimely delivery and installation of equipment.
- material flowcalculation: analyze and optimize material flow within theproduction line to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- pfepdevelopment tracking: manage and update plan for every part (pfep)documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- shop addressupdates: maintain accurate shop address records and updatedocumentation to reflect the new production line setup.qualifications - bachelor's degree in supply chain management,logistics, engineering, or a related field.
- minimum of 5 years ofexperience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing projectmanagement.
- proven track record in leading large-scalemanufacturing projects, preferably in an automotive or industrialsetting.
- strong knowledge of material flow optimization,procurement, and pfep development.
- proficiency in projectmanagement tools (e.g., ms project, sap, or similar software).
-excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.- exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
