Overview
we are seeking a proactive, execution-oriented engineering tech with strong engineering fundamentals. This role is intended for a recent graduate, with little experience who can operate with moderate autonomy, deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and effectively support both project and sustaining activities.
Position responsibilities / behaviors
provide day-to-day assistance to engineering team with execution support for the following activities:
create and revise product drawings and documentation using solidworks and gd&t principles; support tolerance stack-up analysis and specification updates.
Troubleshooting design and process-related issues
supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
managing engineering changes (ecos) and implementation tracking
coordination of samples, validation builds, pilot runs, and engineering documentation
issuance and tracking of required documentation to support introduction and release processes.
Minimum qualifications
skilled in solidworks (drafting, gd&t, tolerance stack-up analysis).
Proficient english – verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, analytical capability, proactive mindset, structured planning approach, and ability to operate under workload pressure.
Basic knowledge of statistical and problem-solving tools (spc, doe, gr&r, root cause analysis, risk analysis methods, lean manufacturing concepts).
Desidred qualifications
b.s. Degree in electromechanical, mechatronics, mechanical engineering.
