• serve as the primary point of contact for owners, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• conduct tours with contractors and suppliers, ensure that access is registered, and always accompany external personnel to ensure security.
• charge the owners' accounts for water purchases or any other requested requirements.
• verify monthly account statements of the owners, ensuring corrections of errors and questioning utilities depending on visits and consumption.
• maintain complete and updated documentation related to the residences under your responsibility, such as insurance policies, contracts, and others.

requirements:
qualifications
• bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, hotel management o related field of study is preferred.
•+4 years of proven experience as residence / property manager in the hospitality industry.
• strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
• excellent financial and accountant acumen with a track record of successfully managing budgets and controlling costs.
• high level of professionalism and integrity.
• must be proficient in oral and written english and spanish.
• certified property manager (cpm) or similar certification would be a plus
