*what you'll do*:- lead, facilitate and coordinate production activities and resources according to established practices and or policies within their job area to ensure the timely delivery ofquality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations in a safe work environment.
- execute the production plan on time by coordinating resources to resolve manufacturing problems and improve processes- conduct daily stand-up meeting with all department personnel, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost/productivity, and inventory.
- enforce and implement safety policies and programs, meet operating budgets, complete continuous improvement plans, and coach employees on behavior/performance #li-dg2*qualifications*:- bachelor's degree (preferably mechatronics, industrial or related)- previous experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
