at grupo axo, we are a leading retail company operating globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands. We are currently looking for a junior commercial analyst to join one of our luxury brands. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the luxury retail industry.
key responsibilities:
* prepare and analyze commercial reports related to sales performance, inventory, and product performance.
* track key business kpis and maintain accurate, well-organized information.
* use excel regularly for data analysis, reporting, and business tracking.
* support operational processes related to product performance and store execution.
* ensure structured and accurate data management.
* collaborate with internal teams and communicate in english when required.
* demonstrate strong willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
profile:
* very junior profile with 0–2 years of experience in commercial analysis, merchandising, retail, or related areas.
* strong excel skills (intermediate level required).
* advanced english is mandatory.
* highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* strong interest in developing a career in luxury retail.
