you will drive long-term, sustainable growth through data-led commercial execution, robust distributor relationships, and localised go-to-market strategies—all aligned with global standards of excellence.key responsibilities:
lead the end-to-end commercial strategy across the region, with a strong focus on performance in mexico.
develop and execute market-specific brand plans and joint business planning with distributors.
negotiate and manage key distribution agreements and trade terms.
ensure alignment with global marketing, brand equity goals, pricing architecture, and regulatory standards.
drive profitability, commercial capability, and roi from a&p investment.about you:
proven senior leadership experience within the fmcg or premium consumer goods sector.
in-depth understanding of the mexican market isessential —including distributor management, regulatory context, and consumer dynamics.
strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering sustained growth through partner-led models.
experience working within global matrix structures and cross-functional collaboration frameworks.
