What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and manage a high volume of service emails and requests daily
- Log, prioritize, and assign service tickets in a clear, efficient manner
- Confirm service issues with clients and keep them updated on progress
- Coordinate across departments to ensure timely resolutions
- Keep detailed notes in our ticketing system so nothing falls through the cracks
- Act as the go‑to point for communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams
- Escalate issues when necessary to make sure service-level agreements are met
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in service coordination, dispatching, or administrative support
- Industry background in electronic security, tech support, or field services preferred
- Excellent communication in written and spoken English
- A responsive, proactive work style—you stay ahead of emails and follow-ups
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with ticketing and scheduling systems
