role description
we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical accounts receivable analyst to join our phinia chihuahua finance team, specializing in customer payment process. This role will be responsible for supporting month-end close activities, maintaining accounts receivable records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on accounts receivable (desired).
* working knowledge of customer service.
* excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* proficient in microsoft excel.
* experience with financial consolidation reporting systems (desired).
* excellent communication and presentation skills.
* fluent in english.
key responsibilities:
* investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
