Your job

we are looking for a senior recruiter who enjoys working across different types of roles and business needs. In this position, you will be the go‑to talent partner for our guadalajara hub, leading searches for specialized it roles while also supporting key corporate and administrative functions such as hr, finance, legal and others.

you will have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, influence hiring decisions with market insights, and help shape the next phase of growth for koch. This position is an in-office role based in guadalajara.

our team

you will join the latam recruiting team, a collaborative and high‑impact group that directly supports koch recruiting’s vision by helping attract, identify, and enable the selection of contribution‑motivated individuals who create long‑term value for the business. We apply principle‑based hiring, share best practices, and partner closely with hr and hiring supervisors across the region to strengthen talent pipelines.

what you will do

1. lead the end‑to‑end recruiting process across koch businesses.
2. own and execute recruiting strategies for it and administrative roles, adapting your approach to different stakeholder needs.
3. partner with hiring managers and hrbps in mexico and us to understand current and future talent needs.
4. advise on strategic staffing plans, sourcing channels, and talent attraction tactics; post and manage jobs on internal and external career sites.
5. gather and analyze labor market, talent supply/demand, and compensation trends to bring data‑driven insights that influence hiring decisions.
6. assess candidates based on our values and alignment with principle based management and technical capabilities, manage candidate pipelines and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
7. support manufacturing-related roles when needed, collaborating with other recruiters and leaders to cover cross-functional hiring demands.

who you are (basic qualifications)

8. strong end-to-end recruiting experience for both:
9. it profiles (e.g., software, infrastructure, data, digital, etc.), and
10. corporate/administrative roles (such as hr, finance, legal or similar support functions).
11. strong english communication skills, written and verbal.
12. experience in building and maintaining strong strategic long-term partnerships with leaders and key stakeholders.
13. experience as a subject matter expert, advising customers and influencing decisions that lead to improved business outcomes.

what will put you ahead

14. experience using ats platforms (taleo, oracle, avature, etc.) to pipeline, track and engage with talent.
15. experience working with regional or global teams and processes.
16. portuguese communication skills.
17. experience recruiting in manufacturing environments.
