about the role
as an account executive, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients while identifying new business opportunities.
responsibilities
developing and maintaining strong client relationships
creating commercial proposals tailored to client needs
coordinating event logistics and operations
updating and managing our client database
supporting the team with business development strategies
full-time positions based in punta mita
what we're looking for
we're seeking dynamic professionals with the following qualities and qualifications:
a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to act promptly on new leads
high standard professional spoken and written english
excellent interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients easily
proficient in common business software (e.g., microsoft office, canva, crm tools)
open to training and quick to adopt new systems and processes
strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
proactive in establishing commercial relationships with hotels and suppliers
skilled in conflict resolution, with a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence
a growth mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and improve
adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
full-time availability and willingness to relocate to puerto vallarta if not currently based there
