We are looking for a professionally accredited person with a dedicated focus on the it talent acquisition/recruitment field, specializing in identifying and securing highly specialized global talent within latam. Shall be working alongside a team of talent acquisition executives combining her hands-on technical background with a keen business acumen.
*requirements*:
- experience working for *nearshoring*firms in latam *(3+ years)*as a tech recruiter.
- strong communication skills.
- profiling/resume writing.
- experience with sourcing and screening for it profiles.
- advanced english skills (c1).
*nice to have*:
- account management/ social media management / client relationship.
