The service analyst 1 is an entry-level position member of the hrss total rewards mx team.
this position performs validations and reconciliations to ensure integrity, quality and tax compliance across the end-to-end payroll process.

validations/reconciliations to ensure integrity & quality in payroll calculations.
social security reporting idse imss.
social security payments sua imss.
infonacot payments.
local tax payments.
infonavit payments.
payroll cfdi reporting hrms payroll system and pac.
follow up to employee inquiries in service now system.
collaborates with regional and local teams.
generates synergy to interact with authorities
*qualifications*:
1-2 year of experience in payroll processes.
knowledge in microsoft excel, word, outlook, power point.
knowledge of oracle hrms payroll and workday is a plus.
critical thinking, detail oriented and analytical skills.
able to identify areas of improvement in established and new processes.
good communication skills to ensure a flawless operation with peers and leaders.
flexibility to work additional hours outside of normal schedule when required.
intermediate written and spoken english
basic knowledge of social security regulations.
