we are looking for a jr accountant for the music industry.
Main responsibilities:
- elaborate and coordinate payment and administrative reports.
- interact (with), and supervise the information (from), suppliers and vendors, including general services. Get quotes and verify that make sense.
- review invoices and suppliers documents.
- interact with the different areas of onerpm mexico that request payments, always following the approved policies and procedures.
- suggest improvements in the day to day administrative procedures and operations.
- assist the global controller in several tasks and projects.
Requiriments:
- ideal experience in accounting registrations and reports
- basic accounting/ financial, knowledge
- english advanced, capable to maintain conversations
- experience registering invoices for payments
