we are hiring a warehouse supervisor at toluca.
what you can look forward to as warehouse supervisor:
* coordinate and monitor warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, stocking, and 5s activities.
* plan and oversee plant-wide inventories with plant personnel and monitor inventory development.
* perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
* handle storage and ordering of shipping materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory.
* coordinate, control, and report material flows within the facility.
* oversee forklift drivers, line feeders, and material handlers, if applicable.
* manage material handling equipment and ensure safety and proper maintenance.
* ensure effective communication with production to meet customer requirements and goals.
your profile as warehouse supervisor:
* bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field (preferred), engineering degree also considered.
* minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and warehouse operations.
* proficiency in sap is required; knowledge of stellantis portals (e-supplier connect, web champs) is a plus.
* intermediate excel skills.
* knowledge of oem standards.
* basic english communication skills; english proficiency for sap is mandatory.
