*profile*
- bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, preferred experience
- experience with microsoft office suite, especially ms excel
- experience using an applicant tracking system or hris system preferred
- ability to work independently and proactively
- ability to build a strong rapport with candidates and hiring managers in a short amount of time
- 2-3 years of *in-house recruiting experience* in construction, landscaping, or other blue-collar industries (not agency-based).
- proven *high-volume recruiting experience* (handling 7-15 open requisitions/ vacancies at a time)
- strong sourcing skills with the ability to be creative when pipelines are dry.
*responsibilities*
- work closely with hr and operations to understand hiring needs
- assist with job board sponsorships, social media campaigns, and ats job postings
- provide well documented recruiting reports
- maintain a friendly and professional relationship with hiring managers
- collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment team in talent acquisition strategy

10:00 am to 7:00 pm
*salary*
$24,000 monthly gross
