Financial leadership role
we are seeking an experienced finance manager to oversee our financial operations in san luis potosi, mexico.
the successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end cost control, developing localized tax strategies, and optimizing cash flow management.
* key responsibilities:
* forecasting and analysis of construction project costs
* developing and implementing tax strategies, handling filings, audits, and risk mitigation
* optimizing cash flow management, financing channels, and fx/interest rate hedging
* overseeing daily operations, including vat invoicing, payroll, and social contributions
essential qualifications:
a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with a certified public accountant (cpa) license.
at least 7 years of finance experience, with 2+ years in the construction industry, and 4+ years of team management experience.
expertise in mexican tax law, local gaap, and ifrs.
demonstrated skills:
* advanced skills in sage pastel and excel (pivot tables, etc.)
* experience in chinese-funded enterprises or big 4 firms
* background in multinational construction companies
