develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse candidates.establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.network through various agreed channels, databases, and social media.monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices.act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.qualificationsbachelor's degree.automotive experience.minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within in-house recruitment or agencies.experience in building talent pools in the areas of operations (production plants), r&d, it, supply chain, etc.proven experience in actively sourcing passive candidates.exceptional verbal and written communication skills.advanced english language skills.high level of professionalism and demonstrated excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as attention to detail.proficiency in microsoft office.willing to relocate (this position can be in la laguna, chihuahua, or reynosa).
