a disruptive, experience-driven strategic leader responsible for directing, managing, and organizing the food and beverage division's activities, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and marketing, as well as maximizing profits through excellent guest service.
qualifications
* food and beverage/culinary certification/degree or the equivalent.
* mba or master in sales
* 5+ years experience at the position in hospitality industry (allin, ep, luxury resorts)
* fluent english
* extensive knowledge of quality and hygiene standards
* assertive communication and leadership
