responsibilities include:
* ensure the optimal functioning of molds, tools, and aircraft manufacturing equipment.
* implement, support, and improve maintenance plans, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
* coordinate with service providers and manage parts and supplies inventory to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
* propose process and procedure improvements.
* support operational questions and requirements from support areas.
* manage safety risks in processes and tools, including risk control through fmea.
* standardize processes, procedures, and best practices across sites, including management of these standards outside mexico.
* manage projects from initiation to completion, including project portfolio management.
skills, knowledge & experience needed:
* bachelor’s degree or tsu in aeronautical, electrical, mechanical, industrial, or electro-mechanical engineering.
* 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance of metal mechanic structures and tooling.
* experience managing catia v5, ns, solidworks, or similar design programs.
* knowledge of gd&t.
* strong interpretation skills for drawings and geometric tolerances.
* intermediate english proficiency.
* proficiency in office 360.
