responsabilidades
your role:
* resolve inquiries and questions from fintech users.
* validate user information regarding payments, expenses, and other transactions.
* provide direct customer service in accordance with requests: inquiries, requirements, among others.
* ensure excellent customer service by showcasing soft skills and advanced english proficiency.
* guarantee the monthly achievement of the indicators or objectives assigned by the campaign.
requisitos
who are you:
* advanced english level.
* reside in lima.
* empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
* skills to solve situations in the most positive way.
* available to work at los inkas site.
benefits:
* renewable 6-month contract.
* paid training from day one.
* salary s/. 2000 + performance bonus up to 15% + meal card s/.260.
* shifts from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
* work 48 hours per week, monday to sunday, with 1 day off.
