Fluent in english and spanish 2+ years' experience in desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones, bar code, scanners and printers. 2+ years' experience in microsoft 0365 products (windows, office, outlook, skype, etc.) 2+ years' experience in business communication platforms such as messaging, video conferencing, the onsite support specialist is responsible for lead and providing support to client staff and executives at latam region. Tasks will include coordination with oss techs from latam region, tracking, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user computer issues as well as specialized devices like bar codes, printers, scanners etc. Additionally, this role will support and assist other it functions, as needed. The successful candidate will possess deep technical knowledge in the required fields, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.
