our mission is to create compelling and engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience, drives brand awareness, and fosters meaningful connections.
- check the tasks on the calendar and update social postings and archives on notion. Verify with the production manager and digital producer that the content is ready to schedule and upload on all social media platforms (instagram, facebook, x, youtube, youtube shorts, linkedin).
- schedule content with cover, photo or video, and create a copy. Depending on the platform, the cover, copy, and type of video/photo changes.
- review comments from previous posts and delete negative comments towards the talent(check everyday even if we are not in work hours).
- reporting metrics: report achievements—or any issues—to your marketing team and even the company's stakeholders. They'll likely want to see how you grow followers, increase engagement, develop creative content and campaigns, among other metrics.
- posting and monitoring social media platforms: post and monitor all social platforms. You may need to schedule posts and monitor followers' responses. You may also be responsible for responding to comments and messages from followers.
- schedule archives on facebook and x for the entire month. (4 posts per day on each social network, this scheduling is done manually and one by one and can take 3 days).
- upload content stories.
- create posts for linkedin.
- attend to all meeting that include the social media group.
