Responsibilities
* collaborate with management departments and customers to identify and build end‑user requirements and specifications.
* evaluate, analyze and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis.
* perform discovery of customer current process, solution or platform.
* conduct gap analysis between customer requirements and fis standard solutions.
* develop analyses and documentation, communicating effectively with developers, production managers and executive teams to ensure requirements are delivered according to customer quality criteria.
* partner with developers to define optimized system integration.
qualifications and skills
* advanced english proficiency; bilingual spanish and english (advanced/fluent).
* great knowledge and experience on iso 8583.
* deep knowledge in payments applications and banking or processing back‑office.
* great knowledge in payments network (card schemes), certification process policies and workflow.
* experience with business rules for payments applications.
* high proficiency in business requirement writing.
* extensive experience with data visualization.
* customer service and follow‑up skills.
* proven analytical abilities and experience generating process documentation.
* excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
