responsibilities
* perform daily reporting of non-conformities originating from both suppliers and customers, contributing to the preparation of weekly and monthly defect reports for the production lines across the various units at the querétaro site.
* assist in investigations and problem-solving related to customer and supplier issues, ensuring alignment with engineering drawing specifications.
* support the management of documentation related to customer and supplier claims.
* assist in handling non-conformity reports submitted by customers.
qualifications, knowledge & experience
* you are currently pursuing a degree in aeronautical, mechanical, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
* you possess an intermediate to advanced level of english, capable of engaging in technical and business conversations. (desirable)
* you have experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, and ideally, in using measurement tools.
* you are proficient in office software packages, with desirable knowledge in power bi, erp systems (such as sap), and programming.
