we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team as a senior manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all operations within the service area of the station.
this includes associated gsps, ensuring maximum service to customers, on-time departures of all aircraft, and maintaining a productive and efficient station operation.
the ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.
main responsibilities:
* selecting, training, developing, and motivating personnel
* controlling and utilizing manpower to maximize productivity
* maintaining operational efficiency through monitoring and utilization of tools
* coordinating with cartage agents and other departments
* ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
* maintaining security for company and customer properties
required skills and qualifications
to be successful in this role, the candidate will require:
* a bachelor's degree or equivalent
* five years of related business experience, including two years in station operations and one year in management
* knowledge of ground operations, policies, and systems
* strong management, human relations, and communication skills
* fluency in english and the local language
