we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of automation tester.
responsibilities
* design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for api testing using rest assured and karate.
* collaborate with business analysis/product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
* taking ownership in preparing and executing automation test scripts from functional specification/requirements
mandatory skills
* advanced c1 conversational english level - this position is fully international in english
* 8+ years of experience in automation testing with selenium or karate.
* experience in testing micro-services, spring-boot rest template for api automation.
* at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ui automation testing using selenium, cucumber, extent reports and java
* at least 2 years of experience in api automation testing using rest assured or karate.
* understanding of software development lifecycle (sdlc) and testing methodologies.
* experience with version control systems (e.g., git) and ci/cd tools, jira, postman, swagger.
