* act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, offering insights and guidance.
* leverage market intelligence tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
* drive agile, inclusive, and high-quality recruiting processes.
* represent the employer brand in every interaction with candidates.
✅ what we’re looking for:
* 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
* deep understanding of the tech talent market (software engineering, it, etc.).
* strong communication skills, influence, and collaborative spirit.
* strategic mindset, passion for continuous improvement and candidate experience.
* english fluency – c1 level (you’ll be working with u.s.-based stakeholders).
