Responsibilities
* ensure daily operations run in accordance with autoliv standards and sqdcm (safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale) targets.
* coordinate cross-functional activities within the assigned production area.
* build and maintain awareness among production leaders regarding the impact of their areas/lines on overall production results.
* ensure production is carried out in compliance with autoliv standards.
* oversee the production area with full responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling activities.
* ensure adherence to health & safety and quality standards.
* drive continuous improvement to achieve stable and sustainable performance.
other responsibilities
* train and develop production leaders in both technical and soft skills, ensuring continuous improvement in their ways of working.
* act as a leadership ambassador in alignment with autoliv key behaviors, leading by example.
* proactively escalate issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
education
bachelor´s degree in relevant area is an advantage.
previous experience
* minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment incl. experience in a gemba leadership role
* experience in setting and meeting production targets
* experience in using lean manufacturing tools
* strong microsoft office skills
languages
english both verbally and in writing.
