Descripción y detalle de las actividades

purpose of the job:
displays technical understanding and ability to analyze complaints

processing complaints in timely manner in accordance with the established complaint handling process and with applicable laws and regulations.
conducting complaint analysis and gathering data to support investigation of non-conformances.
task & main responsibilities:

- records and evaluates complaint submissions
- supports complaint investigations, and prepares complaint risk assessment if required
- interacts with global and/or local cross-functional team members (customer service, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, medical affairs, manufacturing and r&d) in complaint analysis
- communicates with health care providers (hcp), hcp staff and/or patient to acquire relevant complaint information.
- coordinates with other departments to provide complaint data reports as needed.
- receives returned goods and send it to engineering for analysis when needed.
- reviews and closes complaint files.
- ensures timely processing of complaints.
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
experiência y requisitos
- bachelor's degree in engineering, audiology, quality, or regulatory & compliance disciplines is required.
work experience:

- 0-3 years of experience in medical device industry or quality.
- learns and uses strong problem-solving methodologies and tools, focuses on root cause analysis, and shows orientation towards problem prevention
- understanding of dmaic investigation tools and descriptive statistics

professional compentencies:

- timeliness
- excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
- ability to effectively manage multiple activities, projects and priorities
- display flexibility and a positive outlook in handling new processes, technology and general change.
- data analysis
- experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical work
- readiness to cooperate, helpfulness
- ability to build relationships across functional boundaries at multiple levels internally and externally

it skills:

- quality management system software.
- proficient user of ms office, excel, word, powerpoint
- familiarity with minitab

language: english 85% written & conversational
