job description
mission
the main task of a dcs is to be the primary contact between the client and roiback. Their goal is to increase sales for each client in their portfolio by optimizing online marketing of each direct channel and advising on trends in online marketing, competitiveness, and profitability. Providing excellent service by managing issues quickly and accurately according to the service agreement with roiback is essential.
responsibilities
* help define targets.
* monitor that sales and service quality targets are met.
* identify online marketing optimization opportunities; define and execute action plans to maximize revenues and report progress.
* advise on online marketing trends and develop strategies (campaigns, email marketing, sem, memberships) to maximize roi.
* advise on pricing and revenue management improvements for the direct channel.
* implement new value-added products offered by roiback.
* address client needs regarding marketing changes and coordinate with relevant departments.
* maintain contact with client representatives through calls and visits, continuously assessing progress and needs.

* analytical & rigorous: careful analysis of kpis to detect trends and causes.
* knowledge of products/hotels to impact sales effectively.
