what you'll do
as the marketing & communications coordinator, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and internal/external communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with our global brand while driving local impact. In this role, you will:
* develop and implement localized digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence in canada and mexico, while aligning with our global reputation.
* plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (in-house) across various channels, including paid media and targeted advertising.
* create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, blog, and social media channels, in collaboration with our global content and community managers.
* monitor kpis to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
* organize internal events for employees, fostering engagement and company culture.
* support employer branding initiatives and collaborate with talent acquisition partners to boost recruitment awareness.
* develop internal newsfeeds and communications in english and french to keep employees informed and engaged.
* act as a local liaison for corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging across regions.
who you are
* you have 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
* passion for digital marketing trends.
* fluent in english and french, verbal and written.
* strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and design.
* proactive, hands-on and service-oriented.
* a creative mindset and a knack for solving problems before they arise.
