the role
as a procurement analyst, you will play a key role in supporting global procurement operations, focusing on non-sourcing-specific activities that drive efficiency, compliance, and value across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
key responsibilities:
* support end-to-end procurement operations, including purchase requisition validation, po creation, and vendor onboarding.
* ensure adherence to global procurement policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
* collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to facilitate contract development, negotiation, and lifecycle management.
* assist in bid management processes for client services, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
* analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
* contribute to the development and implementation of procurement best practices and automation initiatives.

* bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or business operations.
* familiarity with erp systems (e.g., sap, oracle) and procurement tools.
* proficiency in english and spanish (written and verbal).
* strong analytical and excel skills.
