marketing strategy & brand management:
develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote the hotel's luxury positioning, dining outlets, spa, events, and guest experiences.
maintain and strengthen the hotel's brand identity across all channels (website, social media, print, etc.).
bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
~5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hotels/resorts or tourism.
~ strong expertise in digital marketing (seo, sem, social media, email automation tools).
~ proficiency in analytics tools (google analytics, meta business suite, crm systems).
~ excellent communication skills in english and spanish (written and spoken).
~ creative thinker with strong project management and leadership abilities.
