Responsibilities obtain and update lists of individuals' contact details from internal lead crm. Call active and potential clients to capture interest in free in-home consultations regarding solar benefits. Address clients' uncertainties and overcome objections. Note important details of each conversation and relay information to the marketing manager. Record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to schedule appointments. Attend regular team meetings for progress updates and training. Conduct all functions with utmost respect. Required experience and qualifications prior experience in a call center or related field is preferred. Ability to handle objections confidently.
